Our Mission

To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;
To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and
To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.

Students are welcomed and encouraged to join the PTSA. Seniors who join (or who have parents as members) are eligible to apply for PTSA-sponsored scholarships, awarded in the spring. Last year, the Timberview PTSA awarded $3000 in scholarships to qualifying students. This year, the PTSA plans to award $4,000 in scholarships to deserving Timberview students.
